It has come to our notice that someone is fraudulently using the name Yik Koh Teo & Attorneys to perpetrate a SCAM involving an inheritance claim.  Please note that we are not Yik Koh Teo & Attorneys and we have not sent out any letters on inheritance claim.   If you receive any offers to participate in a huge inheritance claim, IT IS A SCAM.   Please report it to the police immediately.
A Simple Will

This page contains a form that enables you to give us instructions for preparing a simple Will.   In a simple Will you make specific gifts and also make provisions for the balance of your estate after the specific gifts.  You can save a trip to our office to give us initial instructions by using this on-line instructions form.  Before you proceed, you should click here to read up the Law Society's pamphlet about making a will.  If you are ready to proceed, please key in the information requested below, check the entries and then click "Submit" to forward the form to us electronically.

If the required information is in order, the Will should be ready for execution at our office the next working day (not Saturday) after 3.00 pm.  If clarification is needed from you, we will contact you at the telephone number provided by you and we will let you know when the Will would be ready for execution.
